Full Reimbursement:
Receive 100% reimbursement of the original purchase price of the machine.
Reimbursement Limitations:
Reimbursement will not exceed 104% of the Wholesale National Average price, determined by the machine’s hours meter reading at the time of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria:
Available to both dealers and individuals within the U.S. who purchase machines located in the U.S. or Canada.
What Machines Qualify for the Return Policy?
For a machine to qualify for our return policy, it must meet the following criteria:
Sold “As Is”
Have less than 100,000 hours of usage
Be sold for more than $1,000
Carry a gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 1,000 lbs
Include types like commercial vehicles, RVs, off-road vehicles, ATVs, agricultural and construction equipment, forklifts, heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks, and trailers
To qualify, the machines must also be free from any structural damage.
